May 16 is the Four-week cooking class at Eurostoves including recipes such as Grilled Sea Bass in Lime Cilantro Sauce - Haddock with Artichoke Hearts - Chick Peas with Broccoli Rabe - Guiltless Fruit Pie - Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms - Sweet Crisps with Ricotta and Berries - Hoisin Chicken in Endive - Sautéed Trout in Garlic and Wine - Avocado Chicken Salad - Warm Goat Cheese Salad - Tempeh Spread. This event was tremendous fun and proved to be very educational for most people who were not aware that healthy cooking can be easy too. |
