| Gloria Bakst has over 20 years of experience working with and studying nutrition,exercise, and food. Gloria has a Master's degree in Counseling, is a Zone certified instructor, and a ZonePerfect nutritionist. She’s also been very active as a resource provider to physicians and health professionals who want to help their patients improve overall health. Through her own past service, "Go with Glo", Gloria catered delicious meals freshly prepared with a focus on individual needs. Her menus ranged from macrobiotic to heart-healthy, never sacrificing flavor and freshness.” She continues to prepare balanced health meals, customized to her clients needs. Gloria is a recognized expert in lifestyle nutritional balance. While working for Abbott Labs, at ZonePerfect Nutrition, she advised more than one hundred people daily. Gloria has created hundreds of recipes and has taught cooking classes for the last 20 years. Her recipes have appeared in the Weight Watcher's Grilling Cookbook, Weight Watchers Meals in Minutes Cookbooks, The Jewish Vegetarian Year Cookbook, and The Healing the Heart Cookbook.
